Firm Overview
Wiseblood Law is a boutique law firm with over 30 years’ experience in practicing exclusively in all aspects of creditors, rights litigation and related services. Wiseblood Law represents national and community banks, leasing companies, asset-based lenders, special servicers, and real estate developers. We place an emphasis on complex bankruptcy cases, receiverships and other provisional remedies, as well as commercial workouts, loan restructurings, loan sales, and defense litigation.
Our Mission
At Wiseblood Law, our mission is to help our clients thoroughly understand their Point A— the challenges, realities and implications of the matter that they currently face; to guide them in understanding the potential risks and costs associated with that matter—then work with them to craft a course of action that successfully identifies and navigates them to Point B. If that action includes litigation, our many years of successful trial and litigation in State and Federal Courts means that we are fully prepared to litigate with excellence.

David M. Wiseblood
Mr. Wiseblood graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law with honors in 1984, where he served on the Law Review.
